Support

This website, as well as many of the websites you may be directed to, may suggest installing software, removing software or editing of the Windows registry.  You should backup up your computer before making any changes. At a minimum, you should create a restore point.  If you have a DVD burner or an external USB drive, back up your data. Take notes and keep track of what changes you have made to your computer settings. If something goes wrong, it will be easier to put things back the way they were if you took good notes. Good luck.
